Terms of Service

Typ lets you create short links that redirect visitors to destinations you configure — either a single destination, a destination chosen by device, operating system, or country (“smart redirects”), or a page of outbound buttons (“bio page”). Typ also records click metadata so you can see how each link and source performs.

You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to use Typ to create or distribute links that:

• Redirect to malware, phishing pages, or other content designed to deceive or harm visitors;

• Redirect to content that is illegal in the jurisdictions where you operate;

• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;

• Are used to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or to evade another platform's link-safety controls.

We may disable any link, suspend, or terminate any account found in violation of this section, with or without prior notice.

You retain all rights to the destination URLs, names, sources, and bio-page content you configure through Typ. You are solely responsible for the destinations you link to and for ensuring you have the right to redirect visitors to them.

We aim to keep Typ available and redirects fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with reasonable notice where practical, including for maintenance or to comply with legal requirements.

You may stop using Typ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your links will stop resolving and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Typ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that redirects will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Aryatama Teknologi Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Typ, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold PT Aryatama Teknologi Digital harmless from any claim, liability, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Typ, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Typ will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of Typ after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
